1. About These Terms

These terms cover your use of the Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors website at www.gorsegnerbrothers.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site or sending us a request through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. This Website Is Not the Contract

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Sending a request through the Site does not create an agreement or reserve a place on our schedule. It starts a conversation.

The work itself is governed by the written estimate and agreement for your job, which sets out the scope, the price and anything specific we agree to. If anything on the Site ever conflicts with the estimate you signed, the signed estimate is what counts. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.

3. Estimates, Pricing and Timing

• Our in-home estimates are free, and asking for one does not commit you to anything.
• Prices, cost ranges and examples on the Site, including in our cost guides and FAQs, are general information and not a quote for your home. Your price depends on your floors, your rooms and the work involved, and is confirmed only in your written estimate.
• Timeframes described on the Site are typical, not guaranteed. Weather, material supply and conditions we find on site can change them. If something we find changes the scope or the price, we tell you before doing the work, not after.

4. Warranties

Nothing in these terms reduces any warranty we give you for our work, including the 10-year warranty on our refinishing work described on the Site. Warranties on materials such as flooring, stains and finishes come from their manufacturers, under the manufacturers' own terms.

5. Contacting Us Through the Site

Please send accurate information, and only submit someone else's contact details if they have asked you to. When you send a request, you agree that we may call, text and email you about your project. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. How we handle what you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the Site or its forms for anything unlawful, to send spam or solicitations, or to try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

6. Photos, Reviews and Guides

Project photos on the Site show past work. Every floor is different in species, age and condition, so your finished floor may look different from a photo, and the stain colors you see on a screen will not exactly match the color on your wood.

Customer reviews shown on the Site come from Google and are displayed as customers wrote them.

Our guides, FAQs and articles are general information for homeowners. They are not a professional assessment of your floors. Only an inspection of your home can give you that.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logos, graphics and design of the Site belong to Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to and displays content from other companies, such as Google Maps and our Google reviews. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability and Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the Site running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform for you, or any rights you have under New Jersey consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute about them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
